I drank a cup of coffee a day while pregnant and my OB felt that. 1-2 servings of caffeine a day while breastfeeding was ok. I have been keeping it to 1/2 to 1 serving a day.
Did/do you currently drink caffeine while breastfeeding? If so, do you notice any negative side effects?
